How much does an autism assessment cost in 2026?
No vague ranges and no hidden costs. We list the prices of individual assessments, explain what the price covers and what affects the total.
A single ADOS-2 assessment costs PLN 650. If a developmental interview ADI-R (PLN 450) is also needed, the total rises. We start with a consultation for PLN 150, where we establish what is actually needed - sometimes that is one assessment, not a package.

What affects the total cost
Honestly about scope
- How many instruments are needed (ADOS-2 alone or also ADI-R)
- The age of the person assessed - for adults we use ACIA
- Whether an additional evaluation is needed, e.g. of speech or auditory processing
- Whether you plan therapy straight away (billed separately, from PLN 100 per session)
Is it worth paying when the NFZ route is free?
That depends on how long you can wait. The public route costs nothing, but appointments can be distant. We compare both routes on our page Autism: public healthcare or private.

For adults we use the ACIA interview at PLN 500; depending on the situation we supplement it with an ADOS-2 observation (PLN 650).
Does the price include a written document?
Yes. The written report is included in the price and we issue it within 21 working days.
Are there extra charges for discussing the findings?
No. Discussing the findings is part of the process and is included in the price of the assessment.
