What is EEG Biofeedback?
EEG Biofeedback, also known as neurofeedback, is a non-invasive brain training based on biological feedback. Sensors read the activity of the brain waves, and you see it in real time as a game or animation that you control with the work of your mind alone.
The brain learns to strengthen the waves that support focus and calm, and to quieten those linked to distraction or tension. It is a training without medication and without pain, and the changes achieved last over time.

How it works
Biological feedback. Sensors read the brain waves and the screen responds to their changes in real time.
Who it is for
Children and adults working on concentration, emotions, sleep and self-regulation.
The outcome
Better concentration and self-regulation, consolidated with each successive training session.
What does EEG Biofeedback training offer?
By teaching the brain to work more efficiently, we support several areas of functioning at once, and the effects carry over into everyday life.
Concentration and attention
Longer focus and less distraction in learning, work and everyday tasks.
Emotional self-regulation
Calmer reactions, less tension, impulsivity and stress.
Sleep and relaxation
Easier winding down and better quality of rest.
Memory and learning
More efficient information processing supports learning and mental performance.
How do we run the training?
The plan is always individual and monitored. We adapt it to the person's goals and progress.
Initial assessment
An interview and evaluation of how the brain works, with a Mini-QEEG assessment if needed, to select the protocol accurately.
Training plan
We set the goals and the wave parameters to strengthen or quieten.
Training sessions
You control a game or animation with the work of your mind alone. The desired wave patterns are rewarded.
Consolidation and monitoring
We track progress and adjust the plan until the effects last.
Who does EEG Biofeedback help?
It works for people of all ages, with a range of needs. We recommend it, among others, for:
- ADHD and difficulties with concentration and attention
- psychomotor hyperactivity and impulsivity
- tension, stress, anxiety and difficulty regulating emotions
- difficulties with sleep
- supporting learning, memory and mental performance
- mental training for adults and athletes
- supporting the cognitive fitness of seniors
